Information you should know
Over time, your soft bath towels may become scratchy and stiff after laundering sometimes leaving an unpleasant smell. Many factors can cause this, however, most notably it is a result of hard water. Detergents and fabric softeners can also play a key role in causing your towels to lose their “like new” feeling due to build up on the cotton fibers. We are happy to provide you with our time tested remedy that will breathe new life into your favorite towels.
Washing Instructions
This process requires two complete wash cycles. Do not add laundry detergent to either wash. Dry towels without fabric softner sheets. This process will strip your towels from all residue and remove that musty smell, leaving them feeling soft, fluffy and smelling fresh.
Step One
Wash your towels in hot/warm water (not scalding) with one cup of white distilled vinegar.
Step Two
Run a second time with only a half-cup of baking soda. This will help freshen and remove any smells.
