We offer a complimentary design service. Clients are invited to photograph their rooms and send the images to us so that we can make specific recommendations based on what we see.
Our design team are experts in luxury linens. They are trend spotters who are intimately familiar with the products, manufacturers, and trade showrooms. They know the inventory because they made the decision to stock it.
We offer complimentary fabric swatches for clients to review before purchasing. This allows you to see and feel the fabric and evaluate the color in person and in the context of your home, removing the guesswork and minimizing the need for exchanges. We've even gone so far as to cut up a $1,000 sheet set to make a swatch for a client to review!
We are adept with technologies such as Zoom and FaceTime to interact and show merchandise to clients, allowing us to collaborate in a "virtual showroom."

Kassi came to Fine Linen and Bath in February 2019 after a decade in the Real Estate business, where she honed her love for decorating and design. She is our Order Manager. Every order that comes into FL&B passes through Kassi before being placed with our different vendors or sent to the warehouse for shipping. She is a core team lead specializing in the Abyss & Habidecor. She enjoys the challenge of helping clients find exactly the products and colors they need to realize their design goals, and is known for her innovative ideas and creativity.
Kendra came to Fine Linen and Bath in 2011 after a career in the wellness industry, with a strong background in customer service, technology, and training. She is the Brand Manager for the Mulberry Park Silks and Heritage Park product lines. She is passionate about educating her clients; and is uniquely skilled with asking the necessary questions to help every customer find their perfect product.
Helena joined Fine Linen and Bath in 2022. She is responsible for managing our data management team; assisting with all aspects of customer service; and serving as the first point of contact for any clients visiting our showroom. Prior to joining Fine Linen and Bath, Helena worked in hospitality and event management on both the client and service side. She enjoys supporting our clients through their purchasing process with her every growing knowledge of design, and is diligently growing her expertise with our many luxury brands.
