Heritage Park's Wool Dryer Laundry Balls are the perfect chemical-free solution for drying your towels, clothing, and favorite linens. This environmentally friendly wool ball set will leave your clothes and linens feeling soft; reduce lint and static electricity; shorten drying times for wet laundry; and help prevent wrinkle formation. And all without any of the harsh chemicals found in fabric softener or the typical dryer sheets. Hand-made in Nepal of 100% New Zealand Wool yarn, these natural wool dryer balls are eco-friendly, sustainable, and reusable. No chemicals, synthetic fragrances, or dyes are used during the manufacturing and felting process. Our wool dryer balls are safe for even the most sensitive skin. They'll dry and soften wet clothes, towels and laundry items without any of the residue of fabric softener or chemical-filled laundry sheets.
How do dryer balls work?
When you add dryer balls into your dryer, the wool balls bounce around, lifting and separating sheets, towels, and clothing. As everything separates, the flow of air is increased, removing moisture faster, and decreasing drying time. Dryer balls have the additional benefit of softening your items naturally and minimizing static cling. *Please Note: DO NOT put wool balls in your washing machine. They are for use in your dryer ONLY.
Why are wool dryer balls better than fabric sheets?Fabric dryer sheets are single-use disposable products that use toxic chemicals to soften clothing. These chemicals are bad for the environment and your skin. Heritage Park dryer balls last for thousands of loads and are free of any harmful chemicals.
Pro tip:If you like a bit of scent in your clean laundry, consider dabbing a drop of your favorite essential oil on the dryer ball before placing it in the dryer. (We love lavender essential oil but any fragrance will do).

We also understand that, despite our best efforts, things occasionally don't work out, and items need to be returned or exchanged. We are here to help with that as well. If you are not fully satisfied with your new item, please call us within 30 days of receipt so we can personally assist you.

Begin a Return or Exchange Request
At Fine Linen and Bath, one of our favorite things to do is say "yes." There are times, however, when the bespoke pedigree of our products dictates that we cannot accept their return.
Once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected, a full refund will be issued. All returned merchandise must comply with the following guidelines.
If you would like to exchange your item for another style or color, please call us and we will be happy to assist you with your request.
If any item is damaged upon receipt, please notify us immediately, and we will make arrangements for a replacement. If your return is a result of an error in the manufacturing process, you will be refunded all costs, including shipping and handling. You will also be refunded in full or have the item replaced and shipped at no cost if your return is the result of a manufacturer's error.
If an incorrect item was shipped in error, we will replace the item as quickly as possible and issue a return label for the incorrect item at no cost to you.
Unless items are defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Fine Linen and Bath is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return transit.
We offer Checkout+ to customers to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal.
Fine Linen and Bath will inspect all returned merchandise. If we find it does not comply with the standards outlined above, we will return it to you without a refund. If the item is in good condition as per the (above) instructions, we will refund you the purchase price within 5 - 7 business days.

Once your order has shipped you will be emailed with tracking information that will give the estimated delivery date. If you suspect your order was delivered incorrectly or stolen, or if your package arrives damaged, it is the customer's responsibility to contact Fine Linen and Bath via phone or email within 20 days of shipment in order for us to create a case with the carrier. Beyond this time period, Fine Linen and Bath is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments and the customer must contact the carrier directly.
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States. In-stock orders will be processed within 1 - 2 business days. Ground shipping to the Northeast can be delivered in as little as 1 - 2 days, while standard shipping to the West Coast is approximately 6 - 7 business days. We will always do our best to ship items as quickly as possible, and you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as it is available. If you need your item(s) by a specific date, expedited shipping is available for most products, please call us for additional information. *Please note Heritage Park Laundry & Le Blanc detergents do not qualify for free shipping.

We can ship your order to a PO Box. To get your order sent to a PO Box, the product(s) will first ship to our warehouse in Connecticut (from the manufacturer), and then we will ship your item(s) to your PO Box. Note: this extra shipping and handling may extend the length of time it takes to receive your items. If you wish to expedite this process, you can provide an alternate address that can accept UPS or FedEx packages.
