About Fine Linen and Bath

Helena joined Fine Linen and Bath in 2022, bringing with her over a decade of experience in the luxury hospitality and event management industry. Having worked on both the client and service sides of the business, she brings a well-rounded perspective to everything she does — and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

As Brand Manager, Helena leads the team with a focus on meeting goals and keeping operations running smoothly. She oversees the data management team, plays an active role in all aspects of customer service, and serves as the first point of contact for clients visiting our showroom. She takes particular joy in discovering new products and curating additions to our site, and finds great satisfaction in helping customers find exactly what they're looking for.

Helena's background in luxury hotels has given her a strong foundation in design and an appreciation for quality — something she brings to every client interaction. She is continually deepening her expertise across Fine Linen and Bath's portfolio of luxury brands, and is dedicated to guiding clients through their purchasing journey with knowledge, care, and an ever-growing eye for design.

Susan joined Fine Linen and Bath in 2023, bringing a rare blend of corporate expertise and mission-driven experience to her role as Client Success Manager at FL&B.

Susan's foundation was forged in retail management with Fortune 500 companies, where she developed a sharp command of operations, team leadership, and the art of delivering exceptional client experiences at scale. From there, she transitioned into a deeply purposeful chapter as a Buyer for one of the largest and oldest women's nonprofits in the country — a role that sharpened her instincts for curation, budget stewardship, and understanding what resonates with a discerning audience.

Now rooted on the stunning Connecticut coastline, she has found her professional home at FL&B, where she channels both worlds into something she is genuinely passionate about. She specializes in partnering with Estate Managers, navigating the unique demands and high standards that come with managing exceptional properties. She brings patience, professionalism, and a deep appreciation for the design process — from the first conversation through to a finished space that reflects the client's vision.

Whether she is sourcing, problem-solving, or simply listening, her clients know they have a dedicated advocate in their corner.

Kassi came to Fine Linen and Bath in February 2019 after a decade in the Real Estate business, where she honed her love for decorating and design. She is our Order Manager. Every order that comes into FL&B passes through Kassi before being placed with our different vendors or sent to the warehouse for shipping. She is a core team lead specializing in the Abyss & Habidecor. She enjoys the challenge of helping clients find exactly the products and colors they need to realize their design goals, and is known for her innovative ideas and creativity.

Kendra came to Fine Linen and Bath in 2011 after a career in the wellness industry, with a strong background in customer service, technology, and training. She is the Brand Manager for the Mulberry Park Silks and Heritage Park product lines. She is passionate about educating her clients; and is uniquely skilled with asking the necessary questions to help every customer find their perfect product.

Sonia joined Fine Linen and Bath in 2020 with a passion for crafting captivating visual designs. As Art Director and Marketing Manager, she brings the team's ideas to life through weekly email campaigns, social media content, and direct mail campaigns. She aids in brainstorming sessions and is passionate about finding the best ways to communicate the beauty and benefits of Fine Linen and Bath's luxury linen collections to customers.
