Im just a regular dude, who actually gets to sleep in his own bed 3-4 times/wk. I figured that when I get to sleep at home (I travel a lot, and leave for days at a time to work every week), I might as well be happy. I thought about upgrading to silk bedding for years and never actually did it until recently- I’m glad I did it. I can’t attest to any of the claimed benefits of silk bedding, but they are comfortable and much cooler in the summer than anything else. As long as these guys stay in business, I won’t buy bedding anywhere else (unless it’s for a guest room, my bed at work, or something else like that). With that said, don’t spend the money unless you’re going to care for it properly because these can last 5-10 years with proper care or 5-10 days without it. Probably not a great idea if you have small kids that play/sit on your bed during the day or if you have pets that like to chill in your room. Fabric is quite strong, but you probably don't want to run the risk of stains or tears.
