How it Works:

• Call us for a consultation and we can discuss options with you. We will get an idea of your project, and explore your vision. We will talk about getting precise measurements, production lead time, the cost, and even give you tips on how to measure if needed. We can also work with your designer and can accommodate a budget.

• We will send swatches if needed, as all customization is not eligible for returns or exchanges. Colors can look different depending on the screen and monitor you are using, so we like to make sure the fabric choice works for you.

• We will review lead times and inventory levels with you. As all custom items are made for you, this can take time, with different lead times depending on the brand, style, and quantity ordered.

• As customization can take time, we recommend giving yourself plenty of time for these projects, so there is no rush and choices are made thoughtfully and with care.
