Custom bedding is bedding made to order to a customer's specifications rather than pulled from standard sizes ad colorways. That could mean either custom sizing, custom design, or personalization such as monogramming.

Can I order custom sized bed sheets?

Yes! Custom sized bedding may be necessary if you have a thin mattress, really thick mattress, or custom size such an Alaskan King. We can help with that!

Can Fine Linen and Bath help with custom bedding sets?

Yes! Most luxury styles are sold in individual pieces, but we can put together a custom set that includes all regular pieces as is needed.

What bedding items can be made to order?

Everything can be custom made to order. Fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, mattress pads, duvet covers, shams. Certain items may have more options available.

How long does custom bedding take?

The lead time for custom bedding can range depending on what customization is being done, what materials are being used, and where the customization is taking place. The average amount of time is 4-6 weeks, but the lead time for your specific order will be communicated to you.

What does the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) mean?

GOTS is a textile production certification that limits the use of toxic bleaches, dyes and other chemical inputs during the production process of textiles. It is internationally recognized as the toughest organic textile standard because it goes far beyond verifying the organic farming process to include every step of manufacturing.

To obtain the GOTS "organic" label, a product must:

Contain at least 95% organic fiber
Not be treated with bleach, formaldehyde or any other toxic substances
Be colored with nontoxic dyes
Be produced in a mill that enforces strict social and environmental standards, treating their employees and the earth with deep respect.
