First time buyer and now placed a 2nd order. I only buy Matouk towels . Fine Linen is a wonderful resource for this line. Prices are very good and shipping and follow up is excellent. I do recommend

them if you want to buy upscale linen and bath products.

I ordered 3 pieces for my daughter for Christmas. Was told they would arrive from warehouse directly due to availability issue. Was told I’d receive email when shipped. Did not receive any email but 2 pieces showed up at my door. Still waiting on third piece so not the best experience as the warehouse and the actual establishment don’t seem to communicate well. Not sure if I’ll ever see third piece that was billed at over $500, but will be returning 2 pieces if it doesn’t show. Was told it would arrive by late January. I told my daughter to not open the SFERRA bedding until we have the third piece in hand. A disappointing adventure mostly due to communication ………. the establishment told me they didn’t realize the warehouse had sent the 2 pieces. Sigh. Still keeping up some home here.
