I ordered a rug from FL&B; imagine my surprise when I received a call letting me know that they would be sending swatches first to be sure I loved the color, since the rugs are not returnable. I can imagine SO MANY companies just sending the rug and not caring whether the customer would be happy at the end...I was so impressed and appreciative with the extra step they took to make sure I would be satisfied--even if it meant they didn't make the sale. Thank you, FL&B, for your excellent, ethical business practices!
