I ordered 1 pillow, but was charged and sent 2. I responded to your email before you sent them in which I said I ordered only 1.

Both that I received seem firmer than the medium weight one I bought at a department store. Wish you could help here, as we’re unable to use them because of their firmness.

After visiting our son in Chicago my husband commented on how he had the best night sleep in a long time and that he really liked the pillows that were on their bed. He has shoulder pain and it's difficult to get comfortable. Our daughter-in-law sent us the information on the pillow so I placed the order. They called me and emailed to let us know that the pillow was in production and that there would be a delay and gave me an approximate ship date. I did not mind the short delay because if it was so comfortable then it must be worth waiting for.
